Body Module
A modular foundation for connected building functions.
- Up to 3 sub-modules in any combination
- FURCHA Database
- RS-485 data line between controllers
- 12/24V DC power supply
- Real Time Clock (RTC)
- Updatable firmware
Overview
The BD-1 Body Module serves as the base of the modular controller. It is designed to house the Brain Module — the central intelligent control unit of the data line — along with up to three sub-modules.
Each sub-module is dedicated to a specific function. For example, the DR-2 Door Module manages access points such as doors, turnstiles and barriers, while the LR-8 Locker Module enables control of up to eight lockers. Sub-modules can be combined and configured to meet the specific requirements of each project.
Up to 32 controllers can be connected to one communication line — each one a BD-1 Body Module with its sub-modules — and managed centrally by the controller equipped with the Brain Module. This architecture enables seamless scalability while maintaining centralized, intelligent control.
Together, these components form a unified controller network, where each BD-1 acts as a building block in a robust, scalable, and fully integrated system.
