Beginning
FURCHA was founded by two specialists driven to rethink the way buildings are managed. After completing hundreds of projects, we developed a system that works for any type of building — from apartments to large commercial complexes.
Our story began with two passionate professionals: David, a visionary product manager, and Andres, a skilled embedded systems engineer with a background in security and access control systems.
Both brought extensive experience in developing and implementing building management solutions.
Over the years, we successfully delivered hundreds of projects — from small private properties to large-scale government facilities. These include business centers, shopping malls, banks, office and entertainment complexes, hospitals, schools, universities, prisons,
museums, and more.
At some point, we realized that existing solutions no longer met our vision. Standard approaches felt limiting, and we decided to create something of our own — a solution that redefines what a building management system can be. We set out to create a platform that’s intuitive, flexible, and adaptable to any building, regardless of its size, purpose, or complexity.
And so, starting with just an idea and a small office — driven by persistence and attention to detail — we created FURCHA.
