FURCHA was founded by two industry professionals — David, a product manager, and Andres, an embedded systems engineer.
Together, we bring over 12 years of experience in security, access control, and building management systems. Throughout our careers, we have contributed to hundreds of projects, from small private properties to large, complex building developments.
Our experience spans business centers, shopping malls, banks, office and entertainment complexes, hospitals, schools, universities, correctional facilities, museums, and many other types of properties.
Those years of practical experience revealed a clear opportunity: building technologies could be simpler to manage, easier to expand, and better connected.
